Pijlers
The Case: “Design a good, UX-responsible landing page that convinces Ricardo (Persona) to request the introductory package”. Pijlers' website struggled to engage visitors to request their free introductory package due to several key challenges:
Low Awareness: The offer was not prominently highlighted, leaving many visitors unaware of its existence or value.
Complicated Request Process: An overly complex process deterred potential requests, due to unclear instructions or too many form fields.
Unclear Value Proposition: Visitors were unsure of the package's value, causing hesitation.
Trust Issues: Without sufficient trust signals like testimonials or clear benefits, visitors hesitated to engage with the offer.
Addressing these issues is crucial to improve engagement and increase the number of requests for the free package.

A new dedicated landing page for requesting a introductory package.
Using the insights of the Persona and the goals and challenges the client Ricardo faced, I made a new and improved landing page. The first and main thing I ta ckled was:
To create more awareness; by adding an extra dedicated spot in the navigation the awareness is strongly increased.
Also one of the issues was a clear value proposition; by showing in a clear way what is inside the package, this issue has been tackled. Now the customer can easily evaluate why this package is a must have.
